There are many variations of bubble tea with a wide range of ingredients. Most recipes contain a base of tea which is mixed or shaken with fruit or milk. Chewy tapioca balls - also known as bubbles/boba - are often added, hence the name: bubble tea. While there are many other toppings, like Nata jelly, pudding, herbal jelly, the bubbles remain the crowd favorite.

In the early '90s, bubble tea was pervasive in Japan and Hong Kong. From there, international trades pushed the product into Chinatowns all over North America where it flourished. By 2000, a veritable boom was underway with bubble operations opening across the world.

When it comes to bubble tea, through, not every recipe maintains the same original flavor first created in Taiwan. Our tea attempts to maintain every aspect of the authentic taste. We use tea leaves from the mountains of Taiwan in our tea, which is brewed fresh every few hours. Where other companies hurriedly chill their tea with time and care.

Our dedication to our tea is passed along to our bubbles which is made from an all natural combination of tapioca, brown sugar and honey. They are made every few hours to preserve their fresh, chewy textures.

Bubble tea has evolved since its creation and through we try to uphold the tradition, we are fearless in the face of change. We are here to innovate and push the boundaries of bubble tea in every cup! Hurry up and find your customized drink here!
